TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

By registering a player for No Boys Allowed Girls Flag Football (“No Boys Allowed,” “NBA,” “League,” “Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is not considered complete until all required registration information, waivers, and applicable fees have been submitted and payment has been received.

By submitting registration and payment, the parent/guardian understands that they are reserving a place in the program for the registered player and agrees to all League policies.

All registration fees must be paid in full by the applicable registration deadline unless an approved payment arrangement has been made.

2. Refund Policy

All registration fees are subject to a 30-day refund period.

A parent/guardian may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of registration.

After the 30-day period has passed, registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the player:

  • Changes their mind about participating;

  • Decides not to play;

  • Has a schedule conflict;

  • Joins another sport or activity;

  • Is unable to attend games or practices;

  • Moves or relocates;

  • Is injured or becomes unable to participate;

  • Does not receive the expected team placement;

  • Has transportation difficulties; or

  • Chooses to withdraw from the program for any other personal reason.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to applicable processing or administrative fees.

No refunds will be issued for missed practices, missed games, late arrival, early departure, suspension, removal from the program due to misconduct, or voluntary withdrawal after the 30-day refund period.

Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of No Boys Allowed in extraordinary circumstances. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed.

3. League Schedule & Changes

No Boys Allowed reserves the right to modify game dates, times, locations, divisions, formats, or schedules when necessary due to field availability, weather, permits, facility restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the League's control.

Schedule changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Games or practices canceled because of weather, unsafe field conditions, facility issues, or other circumstances outside of the League's control may be rescheduled when reasonably possible.

4. Weather & Field Conditions

Player safety is the League's priority.

No Boys Allowed may cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, or modify a practice, clinic, or game due to excessive heat, rain, lightning, poor air quality, unsafe field conditions, or other safety concerns.

The League will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of changes as soon as practical.

5. Player Eligibility & Team Placement

Players must meet the age, grade, birth-year, or other eligibility requirements established for their division.

No Boys Allowed reserves the right to verify player eligibility and make adjustments to team or division placement when necessary.

Team placement is not guaranteed until officially confirmed by the League.

Requests for specific teammates, coaches, or teams may be submitted but are not guaranteed.

6. Playing Time

No Boys Allowed is committed to providing girls with meaningful opportunities to participate and develop their skills.

Playing time may be affected by attendance, practices, player safety, game circumstances, player development, position requirements, team needs, and coaching decisions.

7. Player & Parent/Guardian Conduct

All players, parents/guardians, coaches, volunteers, referees, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

No Boys Allowed does not tolerate:

  • Bullying or harassment;

  • Fighting or physical aggression;

  • Threatening behavior;

  • Verbal abuse;

  • Disrespect toward players, coaches, referees, volunteers, or parents;

  • Discriminatory or inappropriate conduct;

  • Behavior that negatively impacts the safety or experience of other participants.

No Boys Allowed reserves the right to remove a player, parent/guardian, coach, or spectator from a practice, game, event, or program for inappropriate conduct.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

8. Player Safety & Medical Information

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current medical, emergency contact, allergy, medication, and other information required during registration.

Parents/guardians must notify the League of any condition or circumstance that may affect the player's ability to safely participate.

Players should not participate while experiencing an illness, injury, or other condition that makes participation unsafe.

9. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Participation in flag football involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with other players, athletic injuries, field conditions, and other risks associated with organized sports.

A parent/guardian must review and complete all required liability, medical, photo/media, and participation waivers before the player participates in League activities.

10. Photography, Video & Media

Unless a parent/guardian has opted out through the applicable League process, No Boys Allowed may photograph or record players during League activities for promotional, social media, website, marketing, educational, or archival purposes.

Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing any applicable media release during registration.
